Today’s tip :

Balsamic vinegar is one of my personal favorite tools. It is fat free, cholesterol free, sodium free, and super low in calories, but ridiculously flavorful, and it compliments SO MANY foods!
…You can use it mixed with red wine and salt and pepper and any combination of herbs to marinate your favorite meat before baking or grilling, make a reduction out of it to drizzle over meats, pasta or even berries (I like to add in some seedless fruit preserves for ultimate flavor when reducing it for chicken or turkey), or mix it with extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper for a quick and delicious salad dressing. Feel free to add in other ingredients, such as basil, or my personal favorite is to add in the juices from thawed out frozen fruit. “Blackberry-balsamic dressing”. Sounds fancy, right? But it isn’t, really. It is however, quick, simple, and delicious!
